From customers: Full name, email address, phone number, delivery address, and payment information collected at registration and when placing orders.
From vendors: Business name, address, CAC registration details (where applicable), payment gateway account details, and valid government-issued ID.
Transaction data: Order IDs, Vendor IDs (VIDs), payment amounts, timestamps, and delivery confirmation records.
Usage data: Device information, app usage patterns, search queries, and interactions within the app.
3. How We Use Your Information
- To process and fulfil your orders and payments
- To verify vendor and customer registrations
- To send order confirmations and notifications via email or SMS
- To route and split payments accurately using unique Vendor IDs
- To improve platform features, performance, and user experience

4. Payment Data & Escrow
All payments are processed through Paystack, our licensed payment processing partner. Customer payments are held in a secure escrow account and only released to vendors once the customer confirms receipt of their order. We do not store your full payment card details on our servers.
5. Sharing of Information
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal data. We share information only in these limited circumstances:
- Vendors: Only information needed to fulfil your order (e.g. delivery address, contact number)
- Paystack: For payment processing and secure escrow management
- Logistics partners: For coordinating order delivery where applicable
- Legal requirements: Where required by Nigerian law or valid legal processes

We implement industry-standard security measures including data encryption, secure servers, and regular security reviews. No method of internet transmission is 100% secure, but we are committed to maintaining robust protections for your personal information.
